The consultation with Akama before making an appointment for bleaching and dying my hair went really well. During my appointment, we discussed again regarding the styling and color I wished to have (with photos I showed to her before as inspiration). She remained professional yet amiable with her works on my hair. Also added Olaplex after bleaching as recommended. Very pleasant to talk to, also explains what she is doing and how the products work.
