Really bad experience - the hairdresser only cut my bangs and the bottom layer of my hair. The rest of my hair was untouched. The haircut was over in less than 45 min, even though I have long, thick hair. It seemed like he was in a hurry to finish as soon as possible. It was a complete waste of time and money and now I have to get another haircut. Most disappointing is that I emailed the owner of the salon about my experience and never got a response back. This is not how you treat customers.
