The massage started 10 minutes too late, even though I was early, and ended at the normal time. This is not acceptable if paying for a 1 hour massage. The masseuse did not use a normal massage table but rather a chair that reclines. There was no opening for the face and so you have to lay with your head on either side. This caused quite a lot of neck pain and was not comfortable. The massage was just okay (a bit weak) but not enough to make up for the other issues.
