The salon has a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Alda was great. She took a lot of time and care, and I’m really happy with the result. I’ve given four stars because there was a problem with payment at the end. I pre-paid via Treatwell but the invoice at the end was €37 more, which was a surprise. However, considering I was there for over four hours and Alda did some really fine baby highlights, I didn’t mind paying a bit more than originally intended. The staff dealt with the misunderstanding in a professional and friendly manner. I really liked this place — my first time here — and highly recommend it, especially Alda. Just be careful to clarify the cost at the beginning so no surprises at the end!

Soo toll gemacht! wollte nur kurz meiner pony schneiden aber es war einfach so einer gute kundenbetreung das ich jetzt nie wieder zu meiner alte friseur wiedergehen :-)
