I like the salon and am a regular but this booking: unfortunately, a bad experience. The first nail tech worked far too roughly, over-filed my natural nail, and cut into my nail bed multiple times, causing it to bleed. It still hurts today—even just warm water is painful. Another nail tech took over after I mentioned the issues. He was gentle and did a good job, but of course, couldn’t undo the damage. Very disappointing, as I now have to deal with injured nails.

Gehe immer für Füße und Nägel hin, bin immer zufrieden. Auch das Zeitmanagement ist besser geworden und man muss nicht mehr lange warten! Top!
