It was the first time I had a cut from someone I didn't know, and expected way worse, the cut itself isn't great but it's good. I booked for washing, and cutting the hair, but at the end I just cut the hair, so I payed 21€ insted of 24€ (only cash at the shop), even though he asked if I wanted to wash them after the cut. I don't know if that's how they usually do it or if he forgot at the beginning, but for sure it was quite unusual for me.
