Juli was very nice and welcoming, also professional, I highly recommend her! . The only thing to add to the feeling is that the person at the reception was very cold and right away she told me up to 3 times that I didn’t had an appointment, I had to insist that she look up my prepaid appointment. That was very unfriendly. But the waxing and Julie amazing! I already recommended you to my friends. :)
