The employee was super professional. I was in extreme, beyond words pain. It was my first Brazilian wax. I was crying alot and I couldn't stop myself. She offered water, she stayed calm and tried to make me feel better. I didn't manage to finish all of it but the most part, no complications. The place was clean and super relaxing. I don't think I'll do it again but this person deserves 5 stars!
