I love this place and have always been happy with the treatment, but last time wasn't so good. I got assigned to the replacement hairdresser (Moni) and left the place almost in tears. Her working style felt quite harsh to me, and she thinned my hair almost from the roots. With all the previous positive experiences, I’ll give this place another chance, but I definitely won't go to Moni again.
