Also was soll ich sagen, egal welche Behandlung man im Hoa Sen wahrnimmt, es ist immer super! Mani- und Pediküre ist top. Die Massagen sind mega!! Man wird wirklich verwöhnt und ich fühle mich wie ein neuer Mensch. Am Ende wird man fast liebevoll „sauber“ gemacht. Ich bin und bleibe Stammkunde

Today I got a chunk of my toe hacked off during the pedicure. I am still bleeding with my foot elevated as I write this. I couldn’t even walk home and had to pay for an Uber and blood continued to stream out of the bandaid.They didn’t refund me or offer me anything to make up for this mistake. I know it wasn’t intentional but blades should be carefully used on customers. This place didn’t carefully watch out and now I’ve had to cancel my weekend bc I literally can’t walk from a pedicure disaster.
