The new reservation system has created over bookings. I specifically took a vacation day to attend my appointment for which I even got a text reminder for stating that if I don’t show up for my appointment I will be charged 25%. Not only did I show up on time. I was told I was double booked and they kept the appointment of the women because her cut cost more. This was very frustrating. It was not Nino’s fault, but the manager there has messed everything up. Raising prices is a joke.
