Well, never actually got the chance to go here. I booked an appointment at 15:15, they call to ask if I can come at 14:30. I say I can only make it at 14:15. The woman agrees and I come at 14:15. I’m told to wait and sit there for 30 mins with 3 other impatient women. Clearly they overbooked. No one says anything to me. So I left, annoyed, and having wasted time. Terrible customer service and total disregard for customer’s time. Won’t be going back.
