My favorite place to get my nails done. Most of the time they've done an incredible job and my gel nails last for weeks.
This place use to be my favourite but after having had bad experiences for the last few times especially with the same woman. (She was not the one to treat me this time but there is no escaping her bad energy) I won’t be back and I will also tell all my friends to avoid this place.
➡️ What went wrong this time?
- The massage chairs were not offered (this is why i chose this place in the beginning).
- My nails are thick even after I asked her not to make them thick.
- The colour is see through and the stickers are put on skew and not the design i wanted.
- The women’s hurt me with the electrical file more than once.
- The lady who did my nails was super kind though and had good energy although I could see she is in a rush.
To the young women with the long black hair that works there. The last 3 times Ive been there you have been nothing but impatient, condescending and blatantly rude! Not just with me but with the other patrons too. When I tried paying this time the woman stopped responding mid conversation and after i asked her again she responded. “Yes but you have to wait don’t you think… ” I WAS FURIOUS!!! You lack basic manners this goes beyond being unprofessional. It felt like I was doing her a favour trying to pay.
Previous times I had my nails done by some of the men working there and I was very happy with the results. Having your nails done is a luxury and should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately lately it’s the opposite. I left feeling furious and disappointed with my 90euro nails zero stars. 👎
This is by far my favourite nail salon. My nails turn out beautifully every time and the staff is incredibly friendly. :)
Nach kurzer Wartezeit bin ich rangekommen und es war wie immer gut. Meine Nägel haben mir aber schon mal besser gefallen. Sie hat aber ordentlich gearbeitet und meine Wünsche auch versucht umzusetzen.
