They were not very attentive, as I asked for shorter nails and they did not shortened all nails (i only realized later). they did not really took care of my nails and cuticule, but only put the gel. it was the first time with gel for me, so not sure if this is normal or not. I had already paid on Treatwell, but it seems to be an issue with that and they made me pay extra of what was said before for the colour of the nails.
