I've visited this salon a few times, and the atmosphere is generally pleasant, with talented nail techs who do good work. However, I've noticed that when I try to provide feedback on how I'd like the shape of my nails, it sometimes feels like the girls get a bit defensive or offended. I completely understand that they're professionals, but it would be nice if they were a little more open to hearing specific preferences, as it would make the experience better.
