The main manager was nice but after 5 minutes someone complaint and she had to finalise other persons nails. They change and I reassigned to another person. The hygiene is very low, I mean they do disinfect tools with a spray but it’s below the standard. Everything is fine fast and without any personal touch. My nails were not yet done but manicure person already had to switch to another customer. Nails were uneven. Unfortunately after one week 3 chipped ( shellac). I will not come back.

Hatte noch nie so tolle Nägel und das ist so kurzer Zeit. Nach einer Woche sehen sie immer noch toll aus. Keine Liftings!
