Momo was amazing (and all the other stylists were quite friendly and accommodating with the offers of beverages and sweets). Momo was incredibly patient and talked me through all the ideas that I had and considerations to factor in -- stuff that I definitely did not think about previously given my hair type -- as well as my different options that I have instead. :)
