Sadly my experience wasn’t great, I showed multiple pictures of what I wanted and said I don’t want it too dark. The end result ( after doing blonde highlights before coloring?) is its basically black. There are also blonde strands in between, so it was kinda sloppily dyed. There was little to no communication during the process and I didn’t feel like he listened to me or understood what I wanted, despite me telling him clearly at the beginning. Won’t be coming back
