Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich eine Bewertung abgebe. Der Laden und das Team sind sehr freundlich, aber mit dem Ergebnis bin ich im Nachhinein total unzufrieden. Die Farbe ist deutlich dunkler als besprochen. Da ich nicht anrufen oder vorbeikommen konnte, habe ich letzte Woche eine E-Mail geschickt, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten um eine Lösung zu finden. Ich habe nie Spangen, Gummis oder Hitze an meine Haare gelassen und bin jetzt darauf angewiesen da es naturbelassen einfach nicht geht.
