I asked to refresh my curtain bangs while keeping the length of the rest of the hair. Instead I got some very bad looking cascade that resembles spaniel ears in the front. I already have thin hair, and the cut I was given makes it look 10 times thinner. As a result, I have to go get it all cut into a short bob, which is extremely frustrating.
