Rude staff. I booked a mani/pedi appointment and paid in advance via Treatwell. Woke up sick so I had a friend call to reschedule for the next week. Since I could not reschedule via the app anymore and they told me on many occasions that I should call when rescheduling. One week later I show up and my appointment was not in the calendar and they told me that the money that I paid in advance was gone since I did not reschedule via Treatwell ... They were dismissive & didn't try to find a solution
