The salon is not organised nor tidy nor hygienic. The staff weren’t wearing gloves, the nail files were old and most tools they used were not clean nor maintained. The only person speaking German in the staff was not welcoming nor friendly.
The guy who did my nails tho was very sweet and really took the time to do the design I wanted. The result was beautiful. And the girl who did my toes was also good.
You’ll go home with pretty nails but the experience of being at the salon is not pleasant.

Mir wurde mit dem Hornhauthobel die Ferse verletzt da sehr schnell gearbeitet wurde, es hat lange und stark geblutet, mir wurde von selber keine Entschädigung angeboten, versucht mir zu erklären “es ist kein Problem”und ich musste diskutieren dass ich zumindest 50% des Preises erstattet kriege, Pediküre selber sieht mittelmäßig aus
