Der Termin war nicht bei der gebuchten Person, sondern bei jemand anderem. Der junge Mann, der meine Nägel machte, sprach kaum und wirkte auch ansonsten nicht wirklich freundlich oder kundenorientiert. Das Ergebnis ist leider auch unbefriedigend: Der Lack ist nicht ebenmäßig aufgetragen worden. Alles in allem nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

beim abfeilen des alten Gels hat mir der Mitarbeiter mit dem groben (!) Aufsatz in die Fingerkuppe gefeilt. So sehr, dass es geblutet hat. Eine Kollegin hat danach übernommen, die weiß was sie tut. Sie hat Pflaster gebracht die aber nicht gehalten haben. Somit ist der ganze Staub während der Behandlung auf die Verletzung. Das ist sehr unhygienisch und fördernd für Entzündungen. Einen Rabatt oder eine Entschädigung habe ich nicht erhalten.

I booked my appointment with Ahn first, when I got to the salon , first someone else took care of me. Manikür part was 2/5 since I don’t like non-disposable manicure tools but it is a personal preferance. On the other hand, gel part was horrible. He forgot/didn’t know the first cure He should’ve applied and applied the gel polish directly on my fingernails like a normal nail polish. So the nail polish looked wavy and amateur. (At this point they are already hardened etc) When the others warned him, he had to remove the whole nailpolish totally to make everything from the beginning. Pedicure was average, the girl who made my pedicure was speaking fluent english and was very kind. Ahn made my nails second time and it was okey. The people working in the salon is nice and apologized multiple times about the first manicure but overall it was not a nice experience. I would not go there again.
