Booked with Lena but was given an untrained tech without consent. I wanted Shellac but was told my design required gel. The tech couldn’t replicate the design, so I left with a dull, unfinished look. The process was rough and very painful. Now I’m stuck with thick, painful gel. I contacted the salon asking them to remove it and replace it with the Shellac I originally wanted to fix their mistake, but I've been completely ignored. Terrible service and communication.

Ich hatte eine Maniküre und Pediküre mit Shellack und Auffüllen einer Wimpernverlängerung Classic. Es war wie immer alles super. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Ergebnis begeistert mich jede Mal.
