I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your salon on 05.07.2024. During my appointment, I informed my hairdresser, Angelika, that I no longer wanted the extra toner service. Despite this, I was still charged for it at the end. This is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expected. Customers should feel confident that they are charged correctly for the services they actually receive. I will not return to the salon again.
