I had my hair coloured for the first time at Hairlich Deluxe, and it was an amazing experience. Yasemin did a fantastic job and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Even though my German isn’t very good, she was patient and understanding, and we communicated easily using a translator app. I never felt rushed.
