I went there for my root dying. I was told they couldn’t do a root dye, only a half balayage. We agreed on €140 for half balayage and €70 for a haircut. Despite raising concerns during the process, the result had a clear, harsh color line between roots and ends. I was told it could be fixed only with additional payment. The final charge was €220, not what we agreed. My hair was also cut shorter than requested. Poor communication and disappointing result.NOT RECOMMENDED
