With Joan I finally found a hairdresser again who truly understands what I want and actually makes it happen. He gave me honest advice about what’s possible, what isn’t, and what would suit me best. I really appreciate a hairdresser I can fully trust, and Joan is definitely one of them.
PS: The head massage during the wash was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was just great!
