I had beautiful long hair and told the guy to give me light to medium layers. He hacked off my hair like crazy into something that I guess he calls layers. Never had such a bad hair cut and I am really said about my long hair looking like this. Now I need to pay for another hairs dresser to try to fix it… super disappointing!
