The cut was fine, thanks for that. However the rest can be better. I booked and paid in advance; was told that I didn’t have to book the additional option (bangs) since it’s included in the haircut. Thanks for the info, but I ended up paying more and not getting any refund. My earring was hit and opened, the hairdresser couldn’t help closing it again and I can’t do it by myself either. “Have you always had so little hair?” What’s this question? Does cutting 2cm off require this information?😖
