I don't know why the rating is what it is, but if my review gets deleted, I'll know and spread the word elsewhere. The salon is dirty - hair everywhere, tools not properly cleaned or disinfected, and my hair was washed without gloves. I paid upfront for a set time, then was asked to come earlier - but only after checking my 40-min commute suited the hairdresser. Customer service simply doesn't exist here. Nobody should put up with this, no matter how "cheap" the price.
