I booked in for a wash and blow dry. The result was ok but not amazing. The lady who did my hair was friendly and fast with my blow dry. I was slightly disappointed to find out that the salon charges 7€ extra for using conditioner. Since I booked in for WASH & BLOW DRY I think it is unacceptable to charge 7€ extra for using conditioner. I think they should make it clear when you book through the app that a wash is only shampoo excluding conditioner! Never heard this before.
