I had a positive experience and am very happy with my haircut and the result! Alex was very friendly and patient with my simple German. While the salon was busy, I could sense there was a good sense of teamwork which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The prices were also very fair. My only remark would be to have an area or a spot by the chair for bags and personal items to sit.
