I go to this place because of Alex, the stylist. He's amazing and takes so much time and care to come up with a style that fits me exactly. I've been with him for years and wouldn't want to change to anyone else. The salon itself could use some improvements though: It's not really a very cozy or elegant place; it feels a bit like a workshop frankly. Alex is always very caring though and makes sure I have everything I need!
