I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the service and customer experience. The staff’s attitude lacked friendliness and professionalism, which made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. I believe they could greatly improve by adopting a more customer-centric approach and focusing on better communication and service standards.
