The first visit I had at this salon was very wonderful! But, I wasn't very happy this time around. The lady I had was very rough with filing during my manicure AND my pedicure. During the pedicure: 1) she scrubbed my ankle, which has a scratch mark now. 2) was still very rough with my feet after I have politely asked her to be gentle. 3) I found out she actually applied the wrong top coat or forgot to apply it when she was doing my nails (It wasn't mentioned to me until I was half way through my pedicure).
However, they did ask me to come back once my nails start cracking so they can redo them for free (it has only been 2 days and they have already started cracking). But, overall, I was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience but I was in distress almost the entire time.

Alles in Ordnung. Die Pediküre und Maniküre hätten aber etwas ausführlicher gemacht werden können. Hatte das Gefühl, dass nicht ganz so sorgfältig gearbeitet wurde, da ich kurz vor Feierabend da war.
