First time I was dissapointed here (always loved the result/service). My nails are uneven, the shape is not what I wished for, despite telling several times to do it a bit differnetly, gel polish is somewhat uneven and my nails literally hurt (I’ve never had anyone using so much strenght when filing nails). I actually got home and filed them as short as possible myself to make it a bit better. Nail artist not wearing a mask half of time made me very uncomfortable in the current situation.

Leider war es dieses Mal keine gute Erfahrung für mich. Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich, unorganisiert und die Arbeit war unsauber und hat viel zu lange gedauert. Wäre schön wenn ihr euch das zu Herzen nehmt. Leider nicht das erste mal.
