I book the two services with Lyn, did not get her! Another girl (who seemed like a new bee) actually did the services. She was quick but not thorough! I still had to do some pedicure peeling when I arrived home. The manicure was ok, but the filing was not the best, and my cuticles need a bit more work.

First time I was dissapointed here (always loved the result/service). My nails are uneven, the shape is not what I wished for, despite telling several times to do it a bit differnetly, gel polish is somewhat uneven and my nails literally hurt (I’ve never had anyone using so much strenght when filing nails). I actually got home and filed them as short as possible myself to make it a bit better. Nail artist not wearing a mask half of time made me very uncomfortable in the current situation.
