Booked a 10am appointment for a 60minute prenatal massage. Staff showed up at 10:05. Massage started around 10:10. There were two significant disruptions where the masseuse actually left the room. Even with the delayed start and pauses the massage ended at exactly 11:00. Quality wise, the massage was okay, but not worth going back for.
