The treatment felt quite rushed and not very thorough. The haircut wasn't exactly what I wanted, although I understand the reason that was explained to me. However, the treatment itself lasted less than expected and there was little attention to detail. For example, my bang is now longer on one side and shorter on the other 🙂. I also felt that my hair wasn't washed with much care or dedication. On a positive note, the blow-dry was perfect and really beautiful. Overall, the experience was okay
