The woman doing my manicure set the cuticle drill too high; it cut my finger and made me bleed. She trimmed my cuticles so far back that the skin around them was peeling for several days after. She didn't apply a top coat, so the polish chipped very quickly. The whole process felt very rushed, not relaxing or enjoyable.
