The tools and general area is not maintained to a proper level of sanitation. The files are used by multiple clients, the services are not sanitized, and the tools are partially covered with a quick spritz of cleaning spray, then wiped off with a brush that is itself dirty. I was disappointed by this lack of hygiene and it made me nervous.. I also felt frustrated and not listened to trying to show what I wanted done - a simple french tip with different shades of brown.
