I’ve been coming here for gel manicure and pedicure for almost a year, but my last appointment was a disaster. The manicurist was passive aggressive from the beginning just because I asked a few questions. In the end, she even yelled at me so loudly that other customers looked shocked. She also didn’t use primer before applying the gel, and now my nails are damaged after only two days. 50€ wasted, terrible treatment, and a really uncomfortable experience. Never again, Glowy Prenzlauer Berg.
