Unfortunately my manicure today was a flop. I’ve been here many times and it’s usually fine! Today they were running 20 minutes late. The nail technician was rushing, insisted that she couldn’t do the color I normally have, and sanded down my nails so much that the discoloration was visible through the polish. In the end I had to take it off, because it looked unprofessional. To her credit, she offered for me to come back. I didn’t have time because I already spent one hour at the appointment

It’s ok abet es wäre schön, wenn Sie sich für Maniküre und Pediküre etwas mehr Zeit nehmen und die Behandlung gründlicher machen könnten. Für den derzeitigen Service empfinde ich den Preis als zu hoch
