It was very nice and comfortable for doing my eyebrows (actually felt super relaxed and wished to stay longer haha). I didn't ask for reshaping my brows or anything complicated, just a simple clean up and HI was perfect and did what I asked. I went because I usually do my eyebrows on my own, but I have a hurt hand so I'm not able now, but I think I'll start to go more often.
