Nagelhaut wurde nicht ordentlich und sehr grob entfernt, führte zu einer kleinen Verletzung, wofür sich zwar entschuldigt wurde, die Verletzung aber nicht desinfiziert wurde. Mit Farbe gebucht, aufgrund von Zeitmangel wurde die Farbe weggelassen.

I have been going to Glowy for a while now and always had a good experience. Unfortunately this time was quite sub-par. Yes the employees are nice and professional and the salon is clean but I walked out with no noticeable difference after my lash lift (asked for the most intense curl) and unsymmetrical, thin eyebrows although I asked for them to be left as thick as possible. As someone who over-plucked in the early 2000s and has spent a long time growing them back this was disappointing
