A very bad experience. The manicure was rushed and done badly with too few coats so I had to return for it to be redone. One week later the shellac has already chipped as it was applied in a rush. Also, I booked this place specifically to have a soak-off and to use CND Shellac products - but was told I could not have a soak-off as I was less than ten minutes late for the appointment, and they didn’t have the correct nail polish. I won’t be returning and left feeling upset from the cold service.
