Horrible experience: My nails are ruined
Never again. This was my second visit, and they destroyed my healthy natural nails. The technician filed them so aggressively that my skin is raw and bleeding. She used an electric file on my bare nails, thinning and scratching them deeply.
The "round" shape is uneven and so short it looks like I bite them. She applied 3 thick layers of pink Shellac; it looks like bulky correction fluid. Zero empathy, zero professional skill, and very rude.
