I came to get an old manicure removed from 7 of my nails. The BIAB + gel had fallen off my other 3 nails. The manicurist shaved off so many layers that she damaged all of the nails. I didn’t realize how bad it was until my nails started flaking and even bleeding in the next few days. The manicurist insisted that my nails were damaged from my old manicure and that’s why they were thin. However, the nails which were not treated are strong and healthy. I’m so upset, and havent even gotten a refund
