It was my first Brazilian sugaring, and unfortunately the experience felt very rushed. She started immediately without explaining the process or what to expect, and there was very little patience or empathy throughout.
I was in quite a lot of pain and felt embarrassed rather than supported. When I asked for a moment to breathe, I felt rushed even more. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but for such an intimate treatment, a little patience and empathy would make a big difference.
